Why Prime (Before First-time Use):. All clearomizers require priming to prevent the liquid from developing a burnt aftertaste.

How to Prime? Unscrew the metal base, by twisting it anti- clockwise until it is fully separated from the plastic shaft. Take the plastic shaft part of the clearomizer, hold it so that the mouth piece is facing the floor. Hold the Clearomizer at a 45 degree angle, Insert the bottle nozzle inside the clearomizer, slightly press on the sides of the bottle and let the e-liquid drip down the inside wall of the clearomizer. You need to be very careful not to get the e-liquid inside the central air tube. Once the liquid reaches the 0.8ml mark. Turn the clearomizer upright, take the lower part of the clearomizer, insert it back on top of the plastic shaft, screw the metal base in clockwise direction until it cannot turn further easily. Make sure not to tighten the base too tight or fill the e-liquid over the stated mark. Let the clearomizer stand for 10 to 15 minutes, this will ensure the e-liquid will penetrates the coil. Connect the clearomizer to the battery and dry vape 3 to 4 times (inhale without pressing the battery button). The clearomizer is now ready to use.

Please note: Clearomizers are supplied and sold as disposable items and only covered by our Dead On Arrival (DOA) warranty. Clearomizers have a basic 48-hour cover, this means from date of receipt the buyer has 48 hours to check the goods to ensure they are in good working order. Clearomizer and coil lifespan is subject to individual usage. Coils should be replaced within 30 days of first use.

Normal delivery may take 2-5 working days.

In order to confirm that an order shipped via post has indeed been lost, we must wait 15 working days (3 weeks) before making a claim. If after 15 working days you have not received your order, please contact with your order number, name and address for assistance.


Deliveries to countries within the EU are usually delivered between 3-7 days from dispatch.

You have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. When goods are delivered to a third party you will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us the goods you ordered. Please note that all goods returned under the Right to Cancel policy must be unused, resealable and in condition fit for resale. Cartomizers are a consumable item and non-returnable once opened due oral contamination and health and hygiene reasons. It is your responsibility to contact VIP by email or phone to advise us of your intention to return or exchange any item(s) within 28 days of receipt. After this date, it falls solely within the discretion of VIP if a return or exchange will be accepted. Once notified, all items should be received at VIP within 5 days from the date of notification for this condition to apply. Please obtain proof of postage as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in the post and please include the order number with your return. It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during return transit. Goods must be returned at the buyer's expense. We are unable to refund the cost of delivery. You must return items to VIP by using these returns and exchange procedures.

Faulty items will be accepted up to the Warranty terms. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you refuse delivery due to an item being damaged, you should notify VIP of this within 7 days. If you are unaware of the damage in transit, the 7 day period still applies however once this has expired, any return is solely the discretion of VIP. It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during return transit. We will not issue a return or exchange unless the item(s) are in a reasonable condition upon return.

Once we receive the returned items at our warehouse, you should allow a further 14 days for a replacement to be re-sent.
